ST. PETERSBURG YACHT CLUB

Our Holiday Luncheon will be held at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club in downtown St. Petersburg on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 12:00 noon. We will carpool from the Gulfport Senior Center leaving promptly at 11:15 a.m. Gloria Murray, our Red Hat Sister, has reserved the room, assisted in the menu selection as well as charged the luncheon reservation to her Club Account. Queen Bev will be the hostess for this event.
The Yacht Club is in great demand for holiday parties. It will provide us with a wonderful experience and will get us in a holiday-frame-of-mind.

The total cost for the holiday luncheon is $23.50 per person which is all inclusive i.e. luncheon, tax, gratuity and parking charge of $6.00 per car. Anyone not carpooling will have to pay the $6.00 charge. A tip for the Parking Attendant is extra. Payment for the luncheon is due by Friday, November 20, 2009. An initial menu selection and participant count is due the St Petersburg Yacht Club by mid-October so please let your Princess know of your plan to attend and provide your menu selection to her by Friday, October 11, 2009. We will accept changes in participation and menu preferences until November 20, 2009.

The program for the luncheon has not yet been firmed up. There are those of us who want to have a $5.00 gift exchange as in past years. There are those who support a $5.00 donation to a local charity in lieu of a gift exchange. Please let your Princess know what you would like to do by Friday, October 11, 2009 and we will then communicate the plan.
